Job Summary
The Process Team Manager ensures the efficient and economical refining of raw sugar and the production of white, soft confectioners and liquid sugars according to established quality standards.
Directs the entire refining process from receipt of dry raw sugar through melting, clarification, decolorization, filtration, crystallization and drying and directs the production of finished products in liquid form.
Responsible for training and safety of assigned personnel and for housekeeping, sanitation and equipment maintenance in assigned areas.
