Job Summary
The role requires deep technical mastery to lead planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a continuous improvement environment.
You will partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets including Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale while owning the technology and centerline settings.
The position involves spending at least 50% of time building technical skills for technicians to enable them to operate and maintain their own equipment independently.
