Employees must identify residents correctly before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires performing tasks such as measuring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and ensuring resident safety regarding skin breakdown and pressure areas.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Key Requirements
