The Environmental Services Supervisor assists the Environmental Services Manager in planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of housekeeping operations within the zoo, at remote locations, and housekeeping services requested by the NC Zoo, NC Zoo Society and special event coordinators.
This position is responsible for operations (equipment and staffing), meeting and adhering to safety standards, equipment maintenance standards, and that work is done on schedule as a service to Guests and staff and maintains positive Guest relations and service recovery.
