Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3 years control center operations experience
  • Valid driver's license with good record
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work 24/7 shifts including nights
  • Strong communication skills for emergency response

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in transportation management control centers
  • Background in 911 operator or first responder support
  • Familiarity with SCADA and TSCS control systems
  • Knowledge of NIMS protocols and incident response
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot productivity tools

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in control center operations
  • Valid Driver's License essential
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Moderate computer skills with MS Excel
  • Prior experience in critical strategic control environments preferred
