The Food & Beverage Cost Controller is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and operational compliance across the property.
This role safeguards company assets by ensuring adherence to internal controls, standard operating procedures, and applicable laws in The Bahamas.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef, Outlet Managers, and Finance team to ensure accurate costing and profitability.

Monthly P&L statement preparation

POS and inventory software experience

Professional accounting designation asset
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management
CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CHAE certification is an asset
Proficiency in MICROS, Materials Control, Adaco, BirchStreet, or Opera systems
