Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years software engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or CS
  • Eligible for Professional Engineer registration
  • Manage software system requirements
  • Experience with DOORS requirement management
  • Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Experience with Training Management Systems
  • Command and Control application architecture
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with mobile and wide area networks

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in software engineering environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
  • Eligibility for Professional Engineer registration in Canada
  • Ability to obtain Government of Canada security clearance
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
