The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, assisting with new hire onboarding, and consulting with staff on staffing needs.
The role requires the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress, work effectively with residents and personnel, and potentially lift up to 25 pounds.
