Job Summary
The Head of Enterprise Operations, Europe is accountable for establishing, integrating, and leading Vanguard Europe’s enterprise-wide operational control environment.
This role owns Europe’s Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Third-Party Risk Management, Control Assurance, and Governance frameworks, ensuring the firm can scale safely, sustainably, and in line with board-approved risk appetite.
Vanguard has an ambitious target to double European assets under management from approximately $500bn to $1tn by 2030, requiring a resilient, well-controlled, and efficient operating model.
