The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures or resident abuse.
The role requires cooperation with inter-departmental personnel to ensure nursing services adequately meet resident needs and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
