Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field
  • 5–7+ years multi-country European payroll experience
  • 2+ years payroll leadership experience
  • Fluent English plus German or French
  • Experience with ADP GlobalView, SAP Payroll, Workday or similar
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory reporting
