Job Summary
The Performance Analytics Engineer is responsible for maximizing the output, efficiency, and reliability of multiple manufacturing plants within the East Asia Pacific (EAP) region.
Lead the identification, stakeholder alignment (during budgeting), and year-long on-target delivery of yearly efficiency improvement projects.
Proactively deploy and manage data-driven optimization tools (e.g., Predict, SPC) and software, monitoring alerts and escalating/closing deviations promptly.

Key Requirements
