Job Summary

  • This role will lead key HR initiatives, partner closely with leadership, and drive programs that enhance both employee experience and business performance.
  • The HR Manager will build strong relationships across the organisation, provide coaching to managers and employees at all levels, and deliver practical, forward-thinking solutions to evolving business needs.
  • Play a key role in the delivery of annual initiatives and including the Performance review cycle, development planning and Learning opportunities to ensure a high-performing culture is embedded.
