Job Summary
Provide end-to-end advice, support and coaching on performance management and Employee Relations matters.
Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to managers, supporting fair and compliant decision-making.
Contribute to engagement and wellbeing initiatives at a local level and support safety programs.
