The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include identifying residents, recording information, reporting changes in condition, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting residents with daily functions.
The role requires assisting with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents, as well as performing restorative and rehabilitative procedures.
