Job Summary

  • This position will lead and facilitate work teams across Receiving, Storing, Picking, Packing and Shipping for the 11:00 am – 7:30 pm shift.
  • The Manager will protect and control company assets, ensure efficient utilization to meet customer needs, and maintain a safe, secure, clean and high‑quality operating area that is inspection ready at all times.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED with 5 years industry experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory/coaching experience
  • Working knowledge of cGMP or equivalent regulations
  • Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems preferred
  • Experience managing in a union environment preferred
  • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement certifications desired
