The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
The role requires strict adherence to policies regarding patient privacy, reporting all accidents, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and manage personal possessions
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Minimum 10th grade education required
