Must-have
5+ years retail supervisory experience
POS business operations management
Inventory control expertise required
Cannabis laws and regulations knowledge
Shift work including nights and weekends
Valid driver's license or state ID
Nice-to-have
Prior cannabis industry experience preferred
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Passion for social change and community
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
High level of critical thinking skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience
At least five years in supervisory or management role
