Job Summary
The District Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Service team and supporting day-to-day Operations tasks, including people leadership, recruiting, inventory, schedules, payroll, budgets, facility maintenance, and the member and team member experience.
This role requires strong organizational skills to manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational priorities and is responsible for supporting the overall success of the clubs in their designated district by developing our team.

Salary
Base: $95,000 - $100,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: eligible for bonus opportunities; Benefits: competitive pay plus vacation, holiday, and sick pay, Group Health, dental, vision, 401(k) + Company matching!

Key Requirements
5 years of Customer Service experience
3 years of management/leadership experience
1 year of multi-unit management
Valid Driver's License
Clean motor vehicle record
Reliable transportation
