The Associate will coordinate activities for multiple fund launches and liquidations, working closely with investor relations, legal, finance, operations, compliance, tax teams, and third-party service providers.
This role involves maintaining project plans, capturing fund data, documenting processes, supporting senior team members, and driving continuous improvement through technology and automation.

Must-have

Experience with complex fund structures
Private alternative funds experience
Nice-to-have
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with workflow and project management software

Key Requirements
3+ years relevant private alternative funds experience
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
BS/BA in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Law, or Business preferred
