Responsibilities · Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing institutional clients, managing the full relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement. · Business Development: Proactively drive new business opportunities and expand existing relationships, tailoring your approach to meet client needs. · Client Onboarding and Education: Conduct onboarding sessions to educate clients on product features and workflows, and address any technical queries. · Reporting and Coordination: Prepare and present detailed reports on client activity to management, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams like Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance. Requirements · Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines. · Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client servicing. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. · Experience working with international or regional markets will be an advantage. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. · Strong teamwork and coordination skills. · Basic knowledge of SQL or Python will be an added advantage.
