The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of recruitment experience and a strong understanding of the local talent market, as well as the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes

Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, working closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance and partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies and maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday or tracking tools.
