Job Summary

  • You will contribute to the analysis of all information related to hotel assets, including economic and accounting data, P&L analysis, legal elements, fiscal and commercial aspects, and market analysis.
  • You will participate in business plan projections, valuations (Murs, Fonds or Murs & Fonds), and report writing, with potential travel for property visits in France or abroad.
  • You will work on all types of products, from economy to luxury segments, in France and internationally, and collaborate with Hospitality teams in other countries for pan-European missions or market studies.
