Visionfund is seeking a Response Director for their Emergency Response Roster, aimed at providing humanitarian assistance in crisis situations globally. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in humanitarian leadership, particularly in complex and fragile contexts

Job Summary

  • As a Response Director, you will lead CAT III Global humanitarian response ensuring effective scale up and delivery of humanitarian assistance to affected vulnerable people as required.
  • You will oversee all aspects of the response from strategy to implementation including team management, partner relations, risk management and relations with a wider range of local and international stakeholders.
  • We are looking for a senior, experienced humanitarian leader with a strong track record in complex crises and fragile contexts, and excellent team leadership, communications, risk and relationship management skills.
