Must-have
5+ years general IT support experience
Extensive macOS and Windows desktop experience
M365 & Google Workspace administration experience
MDM device posturing experience with Addigy or Intune
Active Directory and Azure AD working knowledge
Cloud ID services like Okta or DUO experience
Public cloud IaaS and PaaS knowledge
Nice-to-have
Life sciences software familiarity
Scripting proficiency in BASH, ZSH, or PowerShell
API utilization for automation
Custom MDM profile development expertise
Technology strategy and roadmapping skills
Project initiation and monitoring experience
Strong relationship building and empathy
Key Requirements
5+ years of general IT support experience
Authorization to work in USA for any employer
Ability to commute within greater San Francisco bay area
