This role serves as the single point of contact for customers regarding Pratt & Whitney claims while ensuring proper coverage for engine events.
The position requires acting as a liaison between multiple internal groups including Spare Parts, Service Centers, and Executive teams to resolve commercial and technical issues.
Candidates will be responsible for defining innovative solutions to loosely defined business problems and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
