The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them while maintaining strict confidentiality of their health information.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and manage room admissions

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Handle emergency evacuations calmly
Demonstrate strong observation skills for skin breakdown
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Certified Nursing Assistant license
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Proficiency in reading and writing reports and procedures
