Job Summary
Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications ordered for resident use by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
Participate in Quality Assurance programs, Pharmaceutical Services Committee, and other facility committees to improve medication process performance and accuracy.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and report any resident complaints or grievances to the Director of Nursing Services.
