Key Requirements

  • College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Formal project management and process improvement tools experience
  • PMP and/or Six Sigma certification highly desired
  • Strong accounting process knowledge, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, SAP FICO, ERP implementations and Support
  • Project Management skills, especially in SAP Finance projects
  • Experience working with cross-application and offshore teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in Month end accounting processes
  • Understanding of SAP GL integration
  • Knowledge of Report generation in SAP BW, BOBJ, Power BI
