Key Requirements
College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
Formal project management and process improvement tools experience
PMP and/or Six Sigma certification highly desired
Strong accounting process knowledge, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of SAP, SAP FICO, ERP implementations and Support
Project Management skills, especially in SAP Finance projects
Experience working with cross-application and offshore teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in Month end accounting processes
Understanding of SAP GL integration
Knowledge of Report generation in SAP BW, BOBJ, Power BI
