The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be trained to perform specific nursing care procedures and use only authorized equipment while strictly adhering to safety policies regarding blood and body fluids.
The role requires frequent interaction with residents to assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, while ensuring a calm environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents to new rooms or vehicles
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with inter-departmental personnel
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
CPR certification preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
