Job Summary
This is a hands-on position with the opportunity to learn and utilize critical thinking skills, Lean tools, and implementation of 5S principles.
The student will be working in a very close, team-oriented environment, and therefore should be able to work well and communicate with fellow Engineers and employees in several different departments.
Current major projects for FY26 include implementation and validation of new manufacturing process, assisting in troubleshooting the ERP system, and improving the layout of the shop floor.
