Job Summary

  • This is a hands-on position with the opportunity to learn and utilize critical thinking skills, Lean tools, and implementation of 5S principles.
  • The student will be working in a very close, team-oriented environment, and therefore should be able to work well and communicate with fellow Engineers and employees in several different departments.
  • Current major projects for FY26 include implementation and validation of new manufacturing process, assisting in troubleshooting the ERP system, and improving the layout of the shop floor.
