Job Summary
The Shift Leader is responsible for coaching and developing a group of associates to ensure daily production expectations for high-quality medical devices are met.
This role requires overseeing manufacturing operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) programs while promoting a zero-accident culture.
Candidates must spend a minimum of 75% of their time on the production floor and be able to work flexible schedules including odd shifts.

GMP and GDP knowledge

SAP MRP system proficiency
Advanced Excel skills

CPIM certification preferred
FDA 21 CFR Part 11 knowledge

Key Requirements
Minimum 4-year degree (engineering preferred)
5+ years supervisory experience
2+ years in Medical Device or Pharma manufacturing
