  • The Senior/Customer Service Executive will ensure that customers’ inquiries and complaints are attended to promptly and that parts orders are processed and delivered promptly with proper procedures and supporting documents.
  • You’ll handle customers’ orders for piece parts and repair units, manage specific accounts/territories, and as necessary, specialised business work scopes.
