  • This role will lead month-end close, own and review client-level forecasts, act as a key advisor on financial performance, monitor client profitability, and generate mid-level manager reporting.
  • The position manages one Financial Analyst and reports to the EVP, Client Finance, fostering a high-performance, accountable team environment.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in finance
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of financial systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel
  • Deep understanding of financial accounting, P&L, balance sheet management and revenue recognition methodologies
  • Strong financial analysis and planning skills
  • Demonstrated staff management experience and leadership skills
  • Agency experience (advertising, PR, communications or media) preferred
