Engineers will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement design changes, and support continuous improvement initiatives for disposable and durable medical devices.
BD prioritizes on-site collaboration with a minimum of 4 days in-office presence per week to foster creativity and innovation.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in S.T.E.M or related field
2 to 5+ years of professional experience in product engineering
Experience developing protocols, test methods, and statistical analysis
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in S.T.E.M
Experience designing systems combining mechanical components, electronics, sensors, and software
Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in S.T.E.M
2 to 5+ years of professional experience
Basic understanding of FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, IEC 60601
