Key Responsibilities include defining lifecycle marketing strategy, leading the lifecycle team, owning lifecycle KPIs, partnering with product and analytics teams, and driving integrated customer engagement through owned channels.
Requirements include 12-15 years marketing experience with 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM leadership roles, proven track record driving measurable improvements in customer metrics, and strong analytical and commercial acumen.
