Key Requirements

  • Advanced degree with 7+ years aerospace experience or Bachelor’s with 10+ years
  • U.S. Person status required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) license preferred
  • Experience with gas turbine engines in MRO or FAA Repair Station environment
  • Familiarity with 14 CFR Part 145 regulations
  • Continuous Improvement training such as LEAN, CORE, ACE, or Six-Sigma
