Wahanavisi is seeking an Officer for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) to support emergency response projects in Chad. Job Summary

  • Support projects and programs of World Vision Chad and staff to conduct diagnosis, design, implementation, monitoring/evaluation, reflection, and transition according to WV policies, norms, standards, and guidelines for Grants/subsidies to alleviate human suffering while ensuring the sustainable well-being of the child, with a focus on the most vulnerable.
  • The Emergency Response Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation (M&E) Officer is responsible for ensuring that emergency programs are well-designed, measurable, accountable, and evidence-based.
  • This position plays a critical role in supporting vital interventions by ensuring the availability of up-to-date data, robust analysis, and adaptive management in Chad's complex and rapidly evolving humanitarian context.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Bac+4 in M&E, statistics, economics, social sciences, development studies, or related field

  • Experience in fragile, conflict-affected, or disaster-prone environments
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in French or Arabic is a significant asset
