The Pechanga Arena San Diego is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw, MI. Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for daily management of the Food and Beverage Department of the Dow Event Center to include concessions, mobile carts, general event catering, culinary, catering sales, menu development, financials, and budgets.
  • The Director of Food & Beverage directs and coordinates the entire food and beverage operation by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
