Job Summary

  • Proactively manage customer relationships, acting as the single point of contact for all queries and issues, while maintaining relationships with Premium Accounts.
  • Review purchase order requirements for compliance, liaise with the business via Salesforce, and prepare reports and dashboards for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal logistics, Customer Issue Resolution, and collection teams to guarantee service quality and resolve claims, while participating in customer meetings to identify improvement opportunities.
