Job Summary
Proactively manage customer relationships, acting as the single point of contact for all queries and issues, while maintaining relationships with Premium Accounts.
Review purchase order requirements for compliance, liaise with the business via Salesforce, and prepare reports and dashboards for client meetings.
Collaborate with internal logistics, Customer Issue Resolution, and collection teams to guarantee service quality and resolve claims, while participating in customer meetings to identify improvement opportunities.
