Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
  • Experience with healthcare compliance frameworks strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of program/project management experience
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Confirmed ability to implement standardized program management practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
