Haywood Post Acute is seeking a Remote Resident Care Manager to assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring quality care for residents. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, at least 3-5 years of nurse management experience, and strong communication skills

Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in planning, developing and supervising the activities of the nursing staff.
  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety and utmost respect for residents.
  • Acts as the back-up for the DON, RN and LVN staff, and may be required to provide direct resident care as needed.
