  • Master’s Degree plus 2 years nursing experience
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in Arkansas
  • APRN/CPN License
  • Physician Assistant program completion
  • PA license with State Medical Board
  • Current BLS certification
  • Proof of legal authority to work in US
