Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or STEM
  • 5 years experience in Quality or Manufacturing
  • AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management systems
  • Electronics manufacturing and assembly experience
  • Project Management and Risk Assessment skills
  • Customer interface for corrective action response

Nice-to-have

  • Metrology and measurement resources knowledge
  • J-STD-001 inspection application knowledge
  • APQP and PPAP (AS9145) experience
  • Six Sigma methodologies like DMAIC and DOE
  • Aerospace-related manufacturing environment experience
  • Strong organizational and collaborative communication

Key Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
  • Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or Technology
  • Minimum 5 years related engineering experience
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer Certification preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
