Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing Services, participating in policy development, ensuring reference materials are current, and overseeing nursing service personnel compliance.
The role requires ensuring a sufficient number of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available, developing work assignments, and creating a warm, personal, and positive atmosphere.
