Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the setup, preparation, and production of concession food items in the concession stands.
  • Prepares all food items and makes sure the stand is kept stocked with cooked product during the event as business warrants, stocking as business builds while minimizing all spoilage and waste.
  • Works mainly in the concession stands within the facility and requires stooping, lifting, exposure to heat, substantial standing, walking and lifting.
