Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years product management experience
3+ years ServiceNow platform expertise
Deep knowledge of ITOM and ITAM domains
Strong grasp of ITIL service management principles
Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning
Nice-to-have
ServiceNow certifications in ITOM or ITAM
Product management certification like CSPO
ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader
Experience in global enterprise environments
Background in highly regulated industries
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale platform solutions
Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder consensus in matrixed organizations
