Job Summary

  • The Resource Specialist supports patients and clinic teams by performing necessary duties to ensure patients’ needs are met prior to, during, and after a clinic visit.
  • Responsibilities include pre-visit data collection, medical record entry, prior authorization completion, and ordering/stocking clinic supplies, medications, and vaccines.
  • This role requires regular and sustained attendance and may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
