You will ensure the technical interface with bench users on site, performing first-level analysis for any anomaly reported and establishing an initial diagnosis to resolve the defect as quickly as possible.
You will participate in weekly reviews with users and contribute to the long-term viability of test equipment through bench criticality analyses, under the responsibility of the 'Solution de Pérennisation' architect.
