Salary
Base: $108,000.00 CAD - $158,000.00 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation tied to performance available; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, pension, and wellness benefits included

Must-have
5+ years Business Continuity experience
Develop risk management policies and controls
2nd line of defense oversight and challenge
Conduct business impact analysis and testing
Manage global risk assessment processes
Nice-to-have
Bilingualism in English and French
Experience in large complex financial institutions
Process improvement and automation strategy
Strong influence in decentralized environments
Ability to present to senior leadership
Key Requirements
University Degree in Technology, Business, or Risk Management
Direct experience implementing Business Continuity programs
Proven track record in process design and improvement
Demonstrated leadership and independent working ability
